Hot Tub Outfitters will always go above and beyond to assist each of our customers if there is an issue or problem with your order or product purchased.
We have a protocol for returning of items that must be adhered to. It is important to note that some of our products such as Electric Plumbing Parts can not be returned & are final sale only, This includes Pumps, Spa Packs & Topside units.
If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with or need to return due to an error in ordering, we are happy to help. Here is some information regarding this process:
- Items will only be accepted for return if they are in brand new and resellable condition.
- The first step is in this process is to contact us and receive permission before returning the product.
- Returns that are sent to us without approval will not be accepted and will possibly be returned to sender as our warehouse DOES NOT accept any returns.
- If and when your return is approved, you will be given the appropriate address to safely return to.
- Return packages should be packed well and securely.
- Refunds will be given upon receipt and inspection of the item.
- Filters removed from packaging will not be approved.
If a product is ordered in error & a customer wishes to return it as they no longer need or bought somewhere else, we do ask the customer to pay return shipping to us. If this is our discrepancy we are more than happy to arrange to pay for shipping.
Please be patient whilst waiting for a refund, there is a process to this and waiting times for funds to be sent back to your bank account. We will address your return as soon as possible, feel welcome to reach out if you have any questions at all.
