Good Quality, Good Price

We've had the lifter for about a month now and it makes opening the tub significantly easier. It went together easily and appears well-made and substantial. We did have to adjust it's position under the tub slightly differently than recommended to ensure that the cover would end up completely vertical beside the tub when opened. Make sure you test this before you fill the tub again ;).

Poor Instructions

The instructions I received were poor. There appears to have been an error in there production and there were 7 pages in French and only the last page in English. This meant a lot of frustration is getting the lifter set up. I emailed the supplier however received no response.

Works well instructions are poor. French and more French. The English instructions were half French as well too.

Lack of images in the instructions.

The instruction are very vague, barely any images, I had to look at the finished picture and figure it out myself. I recommend have a video on youtube that is shown how do do it.
